Please make sure the returned item is undamaged and still has all of its original tags, labels, and packing. In the event that a product does not meet our inspection standards or is not in its original condition, we have the right to refuse any return request.
Please take notice that we remove Rs. 150 from cash returns, but not from refunds processed to your OPTOCARE wallet. The amount of the refund will be the same as the item’s original purchase price.
Please be aware that goods in the FINAL SALE category, which are offered at steep discounts during the sale, are not eligible for returns. Sunglasses and eyeglasses manufactured with power cannot be returned.
